MOUTHGUARDS

Mouthguards are required under the rules of lacrosse to be worn at all times during games and practices.

New in 2019 is a rule requiring the mouthguards be coloured.

Clear or white mouthguards will not be permitted.

At OWFL games pregame mouthgurad checks are completed to make certain all players have a mouthguard.
