Come give Canada’s National Summer Sport a try with the Mimico Mountaineers.
Our Try Lacrosse sessions are designed for kids who are new to the sport and want to experience the game in a fun, beginner-friendly environment. Participants will learn the basics of passing, catching, movement, and teamwork with guidance from experienced coaches and volunteers.
Who Can Participate
Open to new players ages 7+ (born 2019 or earlier). No previous lacrosse experience is required — just come ready to run, learn, and have fun!
Session Schedule
2:00 - 3:00 PM — Box Lacrosse (Boys and Girls)
Location: St. Leo’s School Gymnasium
What to Bring
• A helmet with a face mask (hockey helmet is perfect)
• Running shoes
Optional
• Gloves (hockey or lacrosse)
All other equipment (lacrosse sticks) will be provided.
